They have an asymmetrical 96 mm BCD with built-in threaded standoffs to provide the perfect 1X chainline. Conveniently, the chainring can be mounted using the stock Shimano XT M8 chainring bolts or just about any other M8 chainring bolt. Wolf Tooth bolts will not work with this ring either. All chainrings feature Wolf Tooth's Drop-Stop tooth design for proven chain retention, and are made from 7075 Aluminum, ensuring they can handle the abusive ways of the trail.
