The Quiksilver Utility Pants are made with REPREVE(TM) recycled polyester stretch shell material for flexible and waterproof construction, largely made from recycled water bottles. A 20K membrane gives bomber protection against storms with fully-taped seams that prevent the wet from leaking in through the assembly points. Combine the Quiksilver Utility Pants with a compatible top jacket and you can create an epic seal against winter weather.
