The Mad Rock Duo Pad does more than catch our fall. The integrated flap makes it easy to tote more than one pad to the boulder, while the shoulder straps' load lifters and the waist belt's EVA padding keep the carry stable and cushy. Once laid in our landing zone, this pad's loop strips connect seamlessly with the hook strips of our other pads, and the flap's smooth, water-resistant interior lets us brush the grit from our shoes before hopping on our project.
