Ibis Ripley SL XTR Bike Made In The USATrail bikes are built for the tough stuff on the trails. These bikes perform well when it comes to technical terrain, fast descents, and even endless climbs. In 2014, Ibis built a carbon fiber prototype lab to explore US manufacturing and improve processes. They tested materials, mandrels, and tooling to find efficiencies and enhance sustainability. Ibis has a 282-panel solar power system, which generates 50% more energy than they use, feeding surplus power back to the grid. The Ibis Ripley SL XTR Bike is made of lightweight carbon fiber and uses 130mm of travel on the front and 117mm of travel on the rear. This frame is compatible with mechanical or wireless shifting. It features DW-Link suspension, Ibis Stow for smaller essentials, a second water bottle mount on M/XM/L/XL frames, UDH, threaded bottom bracket, and updated internal cable routing. The XTR version of the Ibis Ripley SL comes with a Shimano XTR Di2 12-speed drivetrain. With an ultra-wide 10-51T cassette, you'll have no issues navigating technical terrain or climbing. Shimano XTR M9220 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide excellent stopping power so you can descend under control. S28 Carbon wheels are paired with Continental Magnotal and Dubnital tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the Bike Yoke Revive Dropper, you'll be able to quickly lift and lower your saddle with the press of a lever.
