The jacket features the breathable, waterproof protection of a 3-layer GORE-TEX shell, which sandwiches the waterproof membrane between a protective polyester face fabric and Tricot backer for long-term weather protection. The Buoy also features saltwater-friendly zippers, convenient handwarmer pockets, and internal neoprene wrist cuffs that keep water out of our sleeves when we reach into water to land a fish, grab some bait, or dip a paddle too deep.
