Bishop - Ski Brake Kit

Bishop Telemark ski brakes can be easily installed or removed with two screws that hold the Brake Cover in place on the binding. Different brake sizes to choose from to fit your rig. It is possible to bend the brakes out or in 5mm for a ski that is a little wider or narrower than the stated brake size. It&';s best to get the brake as close as possible to the ski edge without interfering. This latest version of the brakes is designed so the brake spring wires tuck under the back of the Brake Cover tabs that go under the toe cage. Some older versions (before 2022) had wires that stick out towards the front and need to be resting on the metal of the Toe Cage to get proper brake force, not sticking down below the binding resting on the ski or the Switch Plate.
