kLite lamp mounting kit replacement parts! If you just need a spare cam or piece to replace one that has broken, you are in luck!In the event of a direct impact to a Bikepacker Pro or Bikepacker ULTRA lamp, the kLite design philosophy allows for the sacrifice of the mounting kit pieces so that the lamp or the mount itself doesn't take the brunt of the collision. Instead, bumps and crashes are absorbed by the connecting cam which in turn, saves wear and tear on the expensive bits. We know you broke it while you were putting your bike on the roof rack, but we'll go along with the story you told your friends about the gnarly crash you had after catching 30 feet of air with your bikepacking bags intact. We're cool like that. If you're travelling a long distance, it's always useful to have an extra cam in your spare parts kit, just in case your lamp kit experiences such an event. That would be the 30 feet of air we're talking about, of course. We offer a range of replacement parts, including the following:Two-Bladed Go-Pro Cams (Bikepacker ULTRA) - 2x with nut and bolt set. This is the current kLite mount style. Euro Notch Cams (Bikepacker ULTRA) - 2x with nut and bolt set. Used in early 3d printed Ultra mount kits. Barrel Mount Cams (Bikepacker ULTRA) - 2x with nut and bolt set. Bikepacker Pro Lamp Mount - 1x with bolt - couple with any of our three lobed Go Pro Mounts (handlebar, fork crown, etc.) for a secure connection. Many of the early kLite kits were hand-assembled and had unique, no-longer-available parts; if you have a unique widget or piece that you don't recognize in the photos below, don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll see if we can help! All of jefe.bike's kLite replacement parts are designed by kLite in Australia and professionally manufactured in the U.S. to 6-Sigma standards with high grade Nylon 12, using a multi-jet fusion 3d printing process. This approach minimizes energy use, manufacturing waste, and pollution that arises from cross-ocean logistics.
