Granite Gear chose a light 70D Rip-Stop fabric for their Storm Cell rain covers and designed them to securely attach to the pack. Storm Cells are designed to work with larger packs and Cloud Covers are designed to fit over their ultralight packs up to 4000 cubic inches.
